About the Event
Join us for a Pilates class that packs a punch. Designed to strengthen your immune, mental and physical health, this class kicks off with breath work and lymphatic reset, includes a full Pilates mat class & winds down with 5 minutes of mindfulness meditation.
This class is our way of giving a virtual hug to our community, we can't wait to see you there!
We welcome all levels & please reach out ahead of time if you are currently experiencing any phyisical pain or have any injuries. You can contact us here:
