Reiki & Chill is the ultimate self care. In this intimate group healing space, we guide you through intention setting, meditation and provide elements of sound healing and Reiki.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that can promote physical, emotional and spiritual healing. Reiki can be beneficial for people looking to heal anything from chronic pain to anxiety or just treat themselves to a little rest and relaxation.
During the session, you will be guided in breath work, intention setting and a gentle meditation. We recommend dressing comfortably, as Reiki is done in a comfortable lying down position
