Rising Feminine: A sensual movement PLAYshop

Welcome to this sacred space where we gather to explore the power and beauty of sensual movement.

In this playshop, we will journey deep into the wisdom of our own bodies, discovering the magic that lies  within.

Through the slow, intentional movements of our hips, our spines, our cores, we will connect with the ancient wisdom that flows through our veins. We will dance with the rhythm of the earth, the moon, the stars, and we will awaken the deep feminine energy that resides within us all.

As we drop into the wisdom of our bodies, we will release the old stories that have kept us small and constrained. We will shed the layers of shame, of fear, of judgment, and we will step into the radiant beauty of our truest selves.

This is a journey of self-discovery, of self-love, of self-healing. We will create a safe and sacred container for each woman to explore her own sensuality, to embrace her own unique beauty, to celebrate her own wildness.

No experience is necessary, all that is required is an open heart, a willingness to surrender to the music, and a desire to connect with the deep wellspring of power that lies within you.

So come and dance with us, as we weave a tapestry of beauty, of grace, of sensuality. Let us honor the wild woman that we are, and let us reclaim our birthright as the radiant, powerful, sensual beings that we were born to be.

FAQ: 

What should I wear? Layers are recommended...bring clothing that feels good on your skin and allows for freedom of movement, please bring a pair of cozy socks. Robes, soft pants, lingerie...it's all welcome...dress as the version of yourself that you'd like to embody for the afternoon. 

Should I bring anything? Yes! Bring a water bottle, a scarf and a journal (with pen)

I don't have much experience with dance, can I attend this event? Absolutely, this women of all ages and bodily abilities. This journey will meet you exactly where you are in your journey
