Inner Alchemy Terms & Agreements

By enrolling in the Inner Alchemy course, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a respectful, safe, and enriching experience for all participants. Please review carefully before confirming your participation.

1. Course Format and Duration
The Inner Alchemy course is an online, at-home program that runs for 4 weeks, beginning on November 17th and concluding on December 16th. The course includes daily practices of movement, meditation, and journaling, delivered online. Live group calls will be held on Sundays via Zoom.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of enrollment to secure your spot in the course.

Refunds: We do not offer cancellations or refunds once payment is made. By enrolling, you acknowledge that no refunds or cancellations will be provided under any circumstances.

Access to Course Content: Course materials, including daily practices and live session recordings, will be available for at least 60 days after the course ends, allowing participants to revisit and engage with the content at their own pace.

3. Intellectual Property
All content provided in the Inner Alchemy course, including written materials, videos, guided meditations, and other resources, is the intellectual property of Coopetition LLC. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any course materials without express written permission from the course provider.

4. Health and Safety Disclaimer
The Inner Alchemy course is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Participants are encouraged to consult with their healthcare provider before beginning any movement or wellness program, particularly if they have pre-existing medical conditions. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and well-being throughout the course.

5. Liability Waiver
By enrolling in the Inner Alchemy course, you agree to participate voluntarily and at your own risk. You acknowledge that Coopetition LLC and its representatives are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may result from your participation in the course.

6. Code of Conduct
We are committed to fostering a respectful and supportive environment in all aspects of the course. By enrolling, you agree to:

Engage with others in the course with respect and kindness.

Refrain from any inappropriate, offensive, or harmful behavior during live sessions, group interactions, or in the online community.

Coopetition LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from the course and revoke access to course materials if they engage in behavior deemed inappropriate or harmful to others. No refund will be provided in such cases.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your personal information, including contact details, will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. We encourage all participants to respect the privacy of others and maintain the confidentiality of any personal experiences shared during live group calls or in the online community.

8. Live Session Recordings and Availability
Live group sessions held on Sundays will be recorded and made available to participants who cannot attend the live sessions. By joining live calls, you consent to being recorded. These recordings will be accessible for at least 60 days after the course ends.

9. Termination of Access
The course provider reserves the right to terminate your access to the course materials or live sessions at any time if you violate these terms and agreements, particularly the Code of Conduct. If access is revoked due to inappropriate behavior, no refund will be provided.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Los Angeles, CA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By enrolling in the Inner Alchemy course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and agreements.
