Couple's Energy and Sound Healing
Rooted in the traditions of Reiki and Integrative Energy Medicine, we work together to harmonize your individual energy fields, as well as the shared energy dynamic within your relationship. Starting with a guided intention-setting, we facilitate an experience that invites a deeper connection and mutual understanding, strengthening the emotional and spiritual bonds between you.
*In person couple's sessions include sound healing and are given by both Yonatan and Jaime.*

Private Sound Healing
Sound Healing is a powerful practice that uses the resonances of gongs, quartz bowls, and chimes to induce deep relaxation and healing. Every instrument is tuned to be in resonance with the earth and supports your body in returning to it's own natural rhythm.

Private Pilates
Pour into yourself with Pilates sessions. Every session with Yonatan combines the principles of the classical Pilates tradition with top-quality Contrology equipment.
Held at our private West Hollywood studio, these one-on-one sessions are designed to strengthen your body, improve your movement, and foster a connection between mind, body, and spirit.

Functional Movement Coaching
Personal training taken to the next level. Each session is customized to your body and goals.
With over a decade of experience, Jaime seamlessly weaves together tools like breath work, Pilates, Functional Strength Training, body weight training and yoga to deliver the best possible session for your unique needs.
The root of all flourishing relationships is a loving and balanced relationship with the self. These sessions are intended to bring you into a more loving relationships with your body & spirit.

Reiki L 1&2 Training
Join Reiki Master, Jaime Elkayam for this private energy medicine mentorship.
During your training, you will receive the Reiki practitioner attunement and learn the tools for both self healing and healing of others all while expanding your awareness and understanding of the unseen world.
