I can’t say enough good things about Jaime and Yonatan and the love they pour into their work. I came into Reiki 1 simply curious and left feeling more connected to myself than I have in a long time. They created such a gentle, grounded environment, and the tools I learned continue to support me every day.
I’ve always known myself to be sensitive, intuitive, and empathic, but learning how to truly listen to my own energy was unfamiliar and almost elusive, like trying to catch light in my hands.
Understanding how to pinpoint, read, and tend to my own energy felt like learning to be my own meteorologist. When it’s cold outside, you feel it on your skin and instinctively reach for warmth. But with energy, I didn’t always know how to recognize what was moving through and around me, how to care for it, or how to protect myself. Sometimes it showed up as an internal draft, a quiet chill I couldn’t name or locate. I could feel its emotional and physical impact, but didn’t yet know how to pause before it shaped my mood or my day.
Before Reiki One, Reiki felt like an invisible kind of magic exclusivity for healers. Experiencing it firsthand changed that. Energy stopped being an idea and became something I could feel, something with texture, direction, temperature and density. Through Jaime and Yonatan’s guidance, I learned how to hold it, direct it, soften it, and invite it to heal patterns and places inside me that I didn’t have language for before. The space they created was gentle, grounded, and deeply human. They made energy feel accessible, not mystical or out of reach, but like something I was simply re-defining.
Since the course, I feel more at home in my sensitivity. Now, when the air shifts inside or outside, I trust myself to find warmth again.
