I’m Yonatan, co-founder of Word of Mouth with my wife, Jaime. We run our practice from a loft studio off Melrose in Los Angeles, and we’re raising our son here in the city.
I came to this work through the body. I certified in Classical Pilates through Equinox’s Comprehensive Program and have been teaching it since 2019. Coaching one-on-one followed in 2020, the same year Jaime and I began studying Reiki in the Usui lineage with Sensei Julia Albain. We completed Level 1, Level 2, and our Master certification with her, and in 2022 we became certified breathwork practitioners.
Before any of that, I was a musician. Twenty-five years of composing and producing taught me how to listen, and that’s still most of what I do in a session. My two albums, Reaching Usui and Inner Alchemy, came out of this practice.
The work I care about is quiet and practical: helping you hear what your body has been trying to say, and building a life that doesn’t require burning out to feel worthwhile.
