Held at our private West Hollywood studio, these one-on-one sessions are designed to strengthen your body, improve your movement, and foster a connection between mind, body, and spirit. *If you have any health conditions or injuries, please ensure you've been cleared by a doctor for exercise before booking a session.*

Cancellation Policy

Please note, there is a 24 hour cancellation policy on all sessions. If a session is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, you will be charged for the session
