Q: What is Reiki and how does it work?

A: Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It's based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us, which is what causes us to be alive. If one's life force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki treatments involve the transfer of universal energy from the practitioner’s palms to the client, enhancing the body's natural ability to heal itself through the balancing of energy.

Reiki Level I Training: 🍃 Awakening Your Inner Healer 🍃
Duration: 2 weekend days (4 hours each day)


Become initiated into the Reiki lineage, a practice that promotes healing, balance, and self-discovery. In Level 1I, you will be introduced to the history, principles, and foundational techniques of Reiki. This level is particularly focused on self-healing, helping you to tune into your own energy, understand your inner landscape, and begin the journey of healing from within. It's a time to cultivate inner peace, learn the art of self-treatment, and awaken your innate ability to channel healing energy.


Reiki Level II Training: 🪶 Expanding Your Healing Light 🕯️

Duration: 2 weekend days (4 hours each day)


After receiving and integrating the attunements of Level I, Level II invites you to delve deeper into the sacred practice of Reiki. Reiki II amplifies your ability to channel Reiki energy, introduces the Reiki healing symbols, and teaches you to send healing across distances and time. Level II is not only a continuation of your healing journey but a profound expansion of your capabilities, allowing you to offer healing to others, develop a stronger connection with intuition, and access deeper layers of spiritual growth.

Integration and Mastery:
To honor the process of learning and integration, we encourage a gap of 2-4 weeks between Level I and Level II. This period is essential for practice, reflection, and assimilation of the energies and techniques you'll be introduced to. As always, we do not have to walk this path alone, we invite you to continue this journey collectively even after the completion of your training. There will be opportunities to join group practice sessions or you may choose to self-organize, fostering a community of healers and seekers alike.
